HCG starts all engagements with a detailed review of the requirements with the hiring manager. We will assist in the refinement of the job requirements and ensure we fully understand every element of the job before we begin.
HCG will utilize our world recognized recruiting staff to cull through our numerous recruiting resources (tools, contacts, and resources).
CG recruiters will perform an initial screen of the candidates and rank them based on the quality of the encounter.
HCG will then have specialized Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) conduct an in-depth interview based on the nature of the position. We have SMEs that cover the gamut of expertise (Program/Project Management, Software Development, Systems Architecture, Cyber Security, ITSM, Customer Service, AI/ML, LC/NC, etc)
HCG will validate references, employment history, and ensure they are suitable for a clearance, if needed.
HCG will coordinate the interview scheduling and ensure the client is fully prepared based on your needs (in person, virtual, or multiple interviews).
HCG will coordinate with you on the decision to move forward. Whether the offer comes directly from you or through HCG is entirely up to you.
HCG will perform all the steps outlined in our multi-step recruiting process. We will negotiate a placement fee for each candidate based on a flat fee or a percentage of the 1st year salary. This payment can be paid all at once or negotiated to be spread across several months. Regardless of the payment terms, HCG provides a guarantee on all candidates placed. If any of our candidates depart within 6-months of original hire date, then HCG will replace for free.
HCG will perform all the steps outlined in our multi-step recruiting process. We will negotiate a 3- or 6-month temp-to-perm arrangement. The rate established will be all that is needed to bring the candidate to bear on your project. HCG provides a guarantee on all candidates placed. If any of our candidates depart within the 3- or 6-months of original hire date, then HCG will replace for free and will not restart the payment clock. For instance, if the candidate leaves at the end of the 4th month, then HCG will replace the candidate and only invoice for the remaining 2 months of the temp-to-perm contract.
